Concept:
A surround sound music performance created with clarinet, cello, percussion, electronic music, dancer, and live visuals. This performance explores the relationship between electricity and its impact on our society. Electricity flows like “blood” through the veins of the city. Made from simple electrons, electricity has become an inseparable, intricately intertwined “network” that connects all recent technologies and is essential for building our society. Sound Spatialization: The audience is surrounded by four speakers, and the performance features sounds from clarinet, cello, percussion, and electronic music. The sounds emitted from each speaker allow the audience to immerse themselves in different auditory effects such as echoes and delays.
