A Kyoto-based Performing Art ensemble made up of musicians and artists from eclectic artistic backgrounds. The initial N’SO connects the group’s name ‘New Sound Orchestra, and the pronunciation of “Enso”, which is the circle in Zen thought and also the Japanese word for performance.

«CONSCIOUSNESS» a String Theory Symphony, an immersive and multi-dimensional piece composed of 5 performances with transdisciplinary collaborations that mix acoustic musicians, spatial music and sound and video installations.

Through our performances, we intend to give life to abstract concepts and render the invisible into the visible.
AMATERASU II
Following the symphonic piece Amaterasu premiered in September in Osaka Symphony Hall, Amaterasu II explore the same piece with the N’SO KYOTO format.
